reasonable steps to protect member privacy consistent with

International Inc. defines personally identifiable
information as information that includes any combination
of the following: a person's full name, address, telephone
number, date of birth and/or email address. POS
International Inc. gathers
information about our users in the following way

International Inc. and POS International franchisees
collect personally identifiable information from users
when voluntarily submitted by a user, such as downloading
our software, requesting that you be contacted regarding
POS Dealership opportunities or
participating in a sweepstakes or contest. We
request that a user be 18 years of age or older before
submitting personally identifiable information and we ask
minors to get permission from their parents or legal
guardian before submitting personally identifiable
information.
At
this time, POS International Inc. does not utilize cookie
technology to process and identify order data. A cookie is
a piece of information that is transferred to a user's
hard drive for record-keeping purposes. If users choose
to, they have the option to set their browser to refuse
cookies.
POS
International Inc. and POS International franchisees may
use personally identifiable information collected online
to develop and improve the products, benefits and services
we offer to our members or web site users. POS
International Inc. and POS International franchisees may
also use email addresses or other personally identifiable
information to contact users who directly communicate with
POS International Inc. For example, POS International Inc.
may contact users to notify them that they have won a
contest or sweepstakes or to provide a passcode
information that is needed to operate our software applications.
POS
International Inc. will provide users with the chance to
opt-out of opportunities to receive promotional materials,
products, or other communications from (1) POS
International Inc. including POS International
franchisees, or (2) their business partners. With the
exception of users exercising the opt-out opportunity, POS
International Inc. and POS International franchisees, on
occasion may disclose to their business partners certain
data such as names, addresses, email addresses, telephone
numbers and/or dates of birth, for the exclusive use of
marketing goods and services directly to web site users
and POS International members.
POS
International supports the requirements and intent of the
Privacy Protection Act of 1988 and will require employee
and business partner compliance with the Act. Under no
circumstances will POS International Inc. disclose
title-specific information to anyone except as allowed by
law.
