POS International, Inc provides free-of charge 30 days unlimited telephone software support with purchase of all registerable software. Beyond the thirty day period, telephone support is provided on a fee basis. The fee schedule is as follows:

1 Year Unlimited Priority Support - A flat fee of $495.00 entitles users to unlimited phone support services for one year. All software updates are free!

6 Months Unlimited Priority Support - A flat fee of $295.00 entitles users to six months unlimited phone support services.

Demand Support - A fee of $99.00 entitles users to three(3), "SUPPORT TICKS".  A "SUPPORT TICK" is defined as a time period from one(1) up to ten(10) minutes of phone support services. These may be used in either one, two, or three calls. (Example, 8 minutes in one call is 1 tick, 11 minutes in 1 call is 2 ticks.)

Online Support ADDER -   A fee of $100 in addition to existing support and training rates entitles the user to online support by one of our technicians.   It can be used for configuration changes, viewing of error messages, software setup, training and the like.  This is available to our customers that have a broadband internet connection.  It  requires the download of the online support tool, (Click here to download)  Please save the file to your "Desktop".  An Icon will show up on your "Desktop" that says "POS Online Support.exe"  Just double click to start.  Please call first for an appointment for an online support session.
